This apartment is situated in the popular and renowned 'Santa Maria Apart-hotel’ in San Eugenio, Costa Adeje, Tenerife.

• It is only a few minutes’ walk to the beautiful Puerto Colon Marina and La Pinta beach.
• Both beaches offer a wide range of activities and water sports. You can get boat trips to see the Whales and Dolphins, scuba dive, boat fishing and plenty more.
• Aqua Park and Siam Theme Park are just a short taxi ride or 15 minutes’ walk.
• The complex is a very popular family resort and has 24 hour reception with security.
• 3 Swimming Pools (heated, Jacuzzi and children's) with lifeguards.
• Hair Salon on the hotel complex
• Few minutes’ walk to great bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

** Please also note that there is currently a restriction of hotel facilities at Santa Maria. Guests staying in privately owned apartments are not allowed to use all hotel facilities except the swimming pools and the loungers. However, they are free to consume their own food and drinks in the pool area. If they have children with them, they can join the kids club and all activities around the pool as normal. There is also an Irish bar on the lower ground which opens to the public in the evening. They provide drinks and light entertainment.

The pool was too cold for us but the apartment was lovely great location and spacious with nice terrace. The only issue we had was the curved shower door needed attention and was quite dated but shower itself was very good. We had a pool view and a side sea view. The block was lovely and quiet to stay in as well. The apartment was clean plus a free safe which was nice. Great location lots to do near la pinta beach 5 min walk uphill but not a problem for us. Lovely host and easy communication. Will stay here again.

Katherine was yet again a wonderful host who always was on hand answering any queries we had. Really helpful and friendly and also let us check in early which was really helpful for us. The apartment was excellent value for the size and location and would recommend to others.

Very noisy appt. Not very clean. Needs a total refurbishment lots of broken cupboards in bathroom. Sealant around the shower black. Wouldn't take much to bring it up to rental standard just neglected a bit. Shame everythings there. Just needs a bit tlc. Would not stay again.

Great central apartment. Had a 3 year old and 7 year old. Camp bed that was there was perfect could put both children in the single room and not used the sofa bed. Decor a bit dated but has everything you would need for the stay at a perfect price!

Great Host and a great stay.

Well looked after by the Host with great communication.Apartment was spotless and excellently located.Big double balcony overlooking the pools.Good shower with plenty of hot water.Its a 2 bed, but I would say it would only accommodate 3 adults comfortably as the second bedroom I would deem as only a single, although there is a fold up bed available. It was ideal for the two of us or for 2 adults with 2 kids.Hotel is close to beach, bars and restaurants.

September family stay

Excellent communication with Katherine throughout and a great check in with coded door entry - no worrying about a lack of keys or waiting for someone to turn up to give you them. The apartment was perfect for our needs. It would benefit from a little spruce up, but it had everything we needed. The beds were clean. Fridge and oven were clean. Lots of hanging space. The balcony was lovely overlooking the pool and it got the sun in the afternoon/lovely sunsets. The air con in the living area worked well (no bottles to empty) and there were fans in the bedroom which kept us cool. There was also a safe. The pool area was kept clean and they tested the water daily. There was some entertainment on around the pool through the day. The hotel complex itself is lovely. The area was perfect, just down the ramp from the hotel there were various bars/restaurants and it was a short walk to the beach. Lots of variety of nightlife within a short walk. Try Bravo for steak! Look forward to staying again.

Santa Maria apartment

Location was ideal and central to beach and supermarkets . The apartment had everything required and spacious. Balcony overlooking pool was great! The owner Katherine was excellent and allowed us a late check out to suit us. The facilities and clubs at the complex were great, the whole family joined in! I would totally recommend. Note there is no WiFi but loads in surrounding areas.

Exactly as described, lovely host

Exactly as described - very well located apartment with hotel amenities making a big difference. Yes it is dated (that is no surprise) but everything is clean, working and functional. The location and size of apartment deserve credit, as well as the very responsive and accommodating host. No wifi with 2 kids was a tough call but we made it work. Pools, facilities, location all excellent. Considering a return next year
