One of the main advantages of this apartment is its spectacular 20 m² terrace with direct sea views, where guests can enjoy the island's warm climate while relaxing outdoors.



Furthermore, the residential complex offers two communal swimming pools with a solarium, ideal for cooling off and sunbathing. Although the pool is not heated, the warm temperatures of the southern part of the island allow it to be enjoyed all year round.
