Nice residence hotel room with beautiful ocean view balcony. Just the road to upper parking space is narrow and steep slope, I got scratches to the rental car. Close to the Siam mall which is open even on Sunday and beach area. I enjoyed my stay.

Second stay as good as the first.

Second stay here and it’s fantastic again. The apartment is HUGE, only had a one bed this time but ample room for me and my son. I was ill and wasn’t allowed out in the sun but you could easily live in this apartment never mind just holiday in it. The hot tub was a life saver and I’d urge anyone to spend the extra on it, I’m going back to Tenerife in August and there’s no hot tub apartments available which is a disaster. Anyway, just stay here, it’s great.

We did a 5 night break with our teenage children and wish we’d have stayed longer. Highly recommend the rooms with Hot tubs. Daytime entertainment was great and Evening singers in the restaurant were brilliant.

Great place to stay, we loved it. 2 bed apartment was great, nice and spacious with 1 en suite and a main bathroom, huge balcony with great views. It's a 20 minute walk down to the promenade/town/Siam mall, the hill is steep but it's only the final 100m thats a killer! But it's worth the effort for the views! Staff are friendly and the whole place is so clean. Kids loved the pool, useful to know they have pool towels for a deposit. Great hotel, wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

It was such a wondwrful stay - very quiet place also very family fiendly. Very helpful and polite staff . We love the live music! We have a lots of privacy in the room and terrace × it felt like no one was around . We will be back! 😃

Restaurant, bar and pool bar excellent as were most of the front of house staff. Food fantastic. Very disappointed with reception the way our departure was dealt with, other contact was dealt in professional manner. Apartment well set out bed fantastic. Great balcony located on high floor.

Great property and excellent staff.

There are so many good things to say about the property such as hire great the staff are, very welcoming. Rooms were clean, loads of room and the amenities inside were excellent. The top features were that there was a great selection on the tv including sky sports, the breakfast and dinner at the hotel were excellent and portion size is good. The only one thing I didn’t like was that the bed was a little hard for my liking.

What a lovely place

Great place with super friendly staff. Ideal for families and not far from Sian park and the bus station. I booked it for two nights as a last minute thing and we loved it. We had everything we needed at the resort and the apartment was spacious and fully equipped. We had access to the private pool as well as to the main one which has the bar near by. It was our first time in Tenerife and we'll definitely come back for a longer stay!!

Great stay, great apartment with good amenities, lovely complex with great staff. The views are amazing from a large balcony and around the pool. We thoroughly appreciated how much effort the entertainment team put in. We all enjoyed joining in they have really added to the experience.
