The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Adelaide, with tourist attractions close by. Easy to reach by bus from the airport if you need to. The room was great, with enough facilities to enable you to cook if you want to. There was even a dishwasher. The small balcony enabled us to get some fresh air, and caught the evening sun. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly and checking in wasn't a problem despite it being the busiest day of the year (Christmas Pageant). There is an American style diner on the ground floor with inexpensive food and drink. All in all, I would not hesitate to stay here again

The underground parking is near impossible with a car bigger than a sedan. We took our Kluger last time and got very scratched up, however, this time took a small hatch back and was totally fine. The room was fine. However, there were clear scuff marks and splash marks from previous people. The breakfast was also fine, just now worth it in my opinion for the price. All staff we interacted with were completely lovely and helpful. Overall, would stay here again.
