The house offers sea views and features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a complete kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room has a sofa and cable TV with Chromecast. A French window opens onto a spacious terrace with direct access to the garden, where you can dine indoors or outdoors. At the back, surrounded by vegetation, is the large 15 x 7 meter pool, with a maximum depth of 3 meters.



Parking is located in front of the complex and is free. Please note, there are some steps to access the house.



The pool is very large and deep, so children must be supervised at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty.



It is recommended to roll up the awning and close the shutters when leaving the house due to strong winds or heavy rain. Keep surfaces free of food, as ants are common in Menorca. Turn on bedroom lights only when windows are closed to prevent flies from entering.



If it is very hot, create airflow between rooms to keep the house cool.
