Villa Saona is an elegant holiday home, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, tranquillity and a privileged location to enjoy the best of Albufeira and the Algarve.



The living and dining room is spacious and bright, with direct access to the outdoor area and swimming pool, creating an inviting environment for moments of socialising, relaxation and sharing throughout the day.



On the ground floor there is only a service bathroom, keeping this floor dedicated mainly to the social areas of the house.



On the first floor there are four well-distributed bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds in an en-suite with a bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed also in an en-suite with a bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed, these last two served by a shared bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring comfort and functionality for all guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped, practical and functional, designed to facilitate meal preparation during your stay.



On the exterior, the villa has a well-maintained garden, a heated private swimming pool (additional cost), pleasant outdoor areas for relaxation and an outdoor dining area with barbecue, ideal for enjoying sunny days in good company.



Villa Saona is located in a privileged area of Albufeira, close to beaches, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and various leisure options, offering the perfect balance between tranquillity and proximity to everything the region has to offer.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests.

From the 9th to the 10th guest an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
