Villa Nespereira is a spacious and welcoming residence, ideal for receiving families and groups seeking comfort, privacy and a privileged location in Albufeira.



The living and dining room offers a spacious and bright environment, perfect for moments of conviviality and with direct access to the outside.



On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, both en suite with shower, as well as a guest bathroom.



On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, both en suite, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.



On the lower floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. On this floor you will also find a games room equipped with a snooker table and table football, ideal for entertainment with family or friends.



The kitchen is fully equipped and prepared so that you can prepare meals with complete comfort.



On the outside, the heated swimming pool (additional cost) provides relaxing moments under the Algarve sun. The outdoor space also features a barbecue area and rest areas that invite you to enjoy the mild climate.



Villa Nespereira is situated in Montechoro, close to beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and all essential amenities.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €250 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.

Incredible space and endless entertainment!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Nespereira with a large group of friends. The layout of the house is brilliant—having four double en-suite bedrooms split across the ground and first floors gave everyone plenty of space and privacy. The lower floor was a massive hit with the group, as the games room with both a snooker table and table football kept us entertained for hours in the evenings. The location in Montechoro is perfect, situated in a convenient spot close to brilliant local bars, shops, and restaurants, with the beach just a short drive away. The pool and barbecue area were also superb. We highly recommend it!

A perfect place to relax and enjoy a calm and comfortable holiday. The villa offered plenty of space and everything we needed for a stress free stay. Everything went smoothly from arrival to departure. We also had a wonderful meal at the Algarbe restaurant, which was a highlight of our holiday.

Absolutely fantastic stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights on a my brothers stag do, and the place is absolutely perfect for this. Not too far, huge bedrooms, plenty of room for eating and relaxing. Games room and the pool was stunning. The pool was heated which meant we were so comfortable in there too! Plus the outdoor barbecue area. I don’t think anything could be improved.

Great stay

The villa is in a great location, short walk to shops/bars/restaurants. Very clean and tidy inside however some furniture looking quite tired and well-used so would expect this to be upgraded soon. Very spacious for our large family. If I would make any suggestions is to have a bar/kitchen or fridge downstairs next to the swimming pool or pool table to make it easy for drinks.

We were all very impressed with this large villa .Perfect for a family . The kitchen is very well equipped ,with plenty of crockery and cutlery .There is a large games room ,which was a great success and the heated pool was superb !

Filthy property, cockroaches and ants were reported to the owner. The floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The furniture is stained. Drainage problems in the bathroom. Property is big but clearly poorly maintained and requires a lot of attention. The seals in the washing machine are broken, loose toilet seat. Peeling furniture. For the price and expensive deposit wasn’t worth it.

If it's a party house you're looking for, this is the spot. However, if you are hoping for something on a higher scale, don't bother. Most things in this house needs a serious update. The furniture is stained, the drains in the showers clog, the beds need to be replaced , etc, Etc, etc. It is a great place for a young group to party at for the weekend, as there is a nice games room. This house would be spectacular if it had some.major updates .

This home has few amenities and communication was not strong with the owners representatives. We were lacking a corkscrew, scissors, and sheets for two sofa beds. We were asked to take pictures of the sofa beds without sheets, and were told we did have corkscrew and scissors although we did not. After the communication about needing sheets, we did receive one set the next day, although we needed two sets. We asked for more pillows for our family party of 13 (3 generations, 7 kids) but were informed each person was entitled to only One pillow. We did not feel welcome or valued. There was a party house next to us at which several young men went into their pool nude at about midnight one night. Due to the location of this neighboring villa, everything that happened in that pool was fully visible. I would not recommend this rental for a family such as ours. I would also not recommend the location. The beach was about a 30 minute walk one way and the town center about a 20 minute walk. There was no laundry detergent, no soap in bathrooms, no trash bags and no shampoo for our use. On the plus side, the house was large and the pool was nice.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen !!

Wir hatten uns sehr auf unseren Urlaub mit befreundeten Familien gefreut. Die Unterkunft an sich relativ i.O., aber dann kamen die Probleme: Hauptproblem waren Ameisen, die eigentlich überall waren, vor allem Nachts strassenweise über die Betten (schrecklich). Die Agentur hat nichts unternommen und gemeint, wir sollen das selber lösen!. Einige Sachen, die von uns reklamiert wurden, wurden nicht gelöst. Und am Schluss wurden uns 260 Euro von der Kaution einbehalten, da zwei Stühle (aus dem Garten) defekt seine. Der erste brach beim ersten draufsetzen auseinander, und der zweite nur beim ANheben (die Einrichtung war teils sehr schäbig). Und dann sollten wir die 2 Stühle bezahlen, wobei es den einen nur im 4er Set gab. Das grenzt an Betrug. Die wollen im Endeffekt ihr Möbiliaar mal wieder auffrischen. Also die Hände von diesem Haus lassen!
