Vuonna 2007 rakennettu, tämä on modernisti sisustettu 2 makuuhuoneen huoneisto, vuodepaikkoja 6; Jaetut (lämmittämättömät) aikuisten ja lasten uima-altaat ja maisemoitu puutarha. Aidattu kerrostalo sopii lapsille. Hotellissa on ravintola, välipalabaari, hullu golf ja lasten leikkipaikka corcovada-klubilla. Kävelymatkan päässä rannasta, kaupoista, ravintoloista ja baareista. Algarven ostoskeskus, vesipuistot, eläintarha- ja muut huvipuistot ovat helpon matkan päässä. 20 km: n säteellä on 18 golfkenttää. Ilmainen WiFi, ilmastointi, sat-TV, DVD-soitin. Täysin varusteltu keittiö. Makuuhuone kylpyhuone. Junior-makuuhuone omalla parvekkeella. Kylpyhuone 2 on Junior-makuuhuoneen vieressä. Ensimmäinen parvekepöytä ja tuolit näkymät puutarhaan. Toinen parveke näköalalla Corcovada-kompleksille. Jokaisen huoneen ikkunoissa on sähkölämmittimet. Videotulojärjestelmä pääsisäänkäynnin oviin. Rantapyyhkeitä ei toimiteta. Aikuisten uima-allas ja lasten melonta-allas aivan huoneiston alapuolella. Allaskalusteet toimitetaan. Faron lentokenttäkuljetukset voidaan järjestää erittäin kilpailukykyiseen hintaan.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta The Strip (ravintolakatu). Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan, vesipuiston ja pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

Great location, fantastic place to stay

This very spacious modern apartment was ideal for our family holiday in Albufeira. It had everything any family could need and that made our stay really enjoyable - walking distance to an Aldi but also close to plenty of restaurants and bars. Short taxi ride to the Old Town. Very clean and kitted out with washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer and coffee machine plus the essential WiFi and TV especially when travelling with teens!! Pool and surrounding grounds so well maintained with sun loungers for all. Delighted to have found this spot. Highly recommended

We had a perfect stay in this big, clean apartment. It’s a apartment on the First floor in the corner overlooking on the right hand the pool. Já tínhamos estado neste apartamento e como gostámos imenso do Condomínio e da envolvente do mesmo (ex. Piscina é ótima; a varanda da sala tem uma excelente vista para o jardim / piscina e onde se podem efetuar / disfrutar algumas das refeições) voltámos a alugá-lo. O apartamento está muito bem localizado e equipado, e tem umas ótimas áreas. As camas são muito confortáveis. A limpeza (ex. vidros das janelas) poderá ser um aspeto a melhorar. Para finalizar gostaríamos de enaltecer a simpatia, disponibilidade e amabilidade com que fomos recebidos pela Anita, a pessoa que na ausência do proprietário é quem toma conta do apartamento e trata dos assuntos do mesmo. De qualquer maneira, gostaríamos igualmente de enaltecer a boa comunicação com o proprietário e a prontidão do mesmo para as questões pendentes.

A beautiful spacious apartment with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Albufeira. We were a family of five staying for 10 nights end of July. The welcome pack was great as we arrived late in the evening. The pool was also great and well managed during the day with no issues availing of sun loungers. Apartments are located in a quiet area but within a short walk to the Strip or a short taxi / bus ride to the old town. Thanks Adrian / Anita and we would definitely stay here again.

Logement situé en bout de résidence à proximité de deux rues qui peuvent être bruyantes la nuit. L'adresse donnée par le propriétaire ne permet pas d'arriver à la résidence ! Terrasse en plein soleil l'après-midi sans parasol, ni store. Pas de climatisation fonctionnelle dans le séjour. Pas de gaz le jour de notre arrivée. Gaz opérationnel le lendemain soir 20h. Deux jours sans eau chaude. Un jour avec un débit d'eau extrêmement réduit ne permettant pas de se doucher. Nous louons chaque année depuis 20 ans et c'est la première fois que nous sommes déçus par l'accueil, la réactivité face aux problèmes et par les prestations...

Great Experience!

I booked this apartment with three friends. When we arrived we were kindly welcomed by Anita and she showed us around and informed us very well on things to do and where to go nearby. Communication pre-arrival went extremely smooth and quick. Adrian was very easy to communicate with and extremely kind. The apartment itself was much more spacious than we had expected with two bathrooms near each bedroom and quite a large living room. There were lots of good facilities (Netflix on the TV, good airconditioning, etc.). The balcony was very cute and great to sit on in the morning for breakfast or in the evening when the sun went down. The pool was nice, quite big and usually not too busy so enough room and a great place to relax. For younger people coming here to party, I definitely recommend this apartment as long as you treat it with respect and we were lucky to have two incredible apartment owners who were helpful and who we could contact if something went wrong. The Strip is only a 5-10 min walk and the Aldi is just around the corner (~ 3min walk). Even though it is quite close to The Strip, we didn’t experience any noise issues and the music is not too loud. Truly a lovely place to stay for both families and friends. We definitely recommend!

Apartment was amazing. Kids loved the swimming pool and garden area but be warned no ball games allowed between 8am and 5pm. Great location, short stroll (5 mins) to restaurants/bars and 10 mins to the strip. Owner of property(Adrian) so easy to deal with highly recommend this property if staying in Albufeira.

Super apartment in a lovely location.

This is a super two bedroom apartment (with 2 bathrooms). Kitchen is very well equipped, dishwasher, washing machine etc. We found the location perfect as it was slightly away from the main drag. The complex is very attractive, lovely gardens, swimming pool, sun loungers etc. It also has plenty of parking. I would have no hesitation in recommending this area and apartment to family and friends. I am certainly looking forward to staying there again. Thanks also to the owners, Anita &a Adrian.

Just what we wanted

Excellent apartment in a private and quiet development with easy access into the eastern areas of Albufeira. Well appointed with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. A "welcome pack" of bread, milk, water, ham and cheese (plus plenty of store cupboard basics) got us off to a great start. For a really special dinner within walking distance, try the Copos & Petiscos tapas restaurant - friendly, with good value and delicious food, and spoilt for choice on the wines! One cautionary word - don't use the google map on the HomeAway details to guide you to the apartment. We did, and had to call out Anita to come and direct us to the apartment which is some way from the google map "location". Anita was wonderful, and soon tracked us down, saying we were not the first to make this mistake! But don't worry, once there everything becomes clear and we unhesitatingly recommend this apartment. Adrian was very helpful both prior to our arrival, and also returning property we had inadvertently left upon departure. Thanks for everything!

Albuferia Holiday Apartment

Stayed at this apartment in September 2019. We were met on arrival, shown the apartment and the welcome pack we requested was in place which was very helpful. A spacious, clean apartment in pleasant grounds, a good pool with good access to sun beds. I found the owner easy to contact and very helpful when I left my hand luggage at the airport. It was about a 15 minute walk to the main bars/restaurants and 20 minutes to the beach. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the apartment.

Férias em família - Albufeira Sitio da Corcovada

Propriedade muito bem localizada e equipada. Corresponde integralmente à descrição e fotos apresentadas. O proprietário Adrian respondeu sempre prontamente a todas as nossas questões e disponibilizou-nos toda a ajuda que precisássemos através das pessoas que tomam conta da propriedade. Gostaríamos de destacar a imensa simpatia com que fomos recebidos pela Lynda (que é quem toma conta da propriedade) e agradecer a sua disponibilidade e todos os esclarecimentos que nos prestou acerca do apartamento e zonas envolventes. O apartamento está localizado na segunda linha dos apartamentos da Corcovada, ou seja, afastado da estrada / avenida principal de Albufeira e por isso está num sitio mais calmo e muito tranquilo. As áreas do apartamento são bastante generosas e igualmente destacamos a piscina (ex. tamanho, cadeiras, sombras, etc.) e zonas envolventes Para finalizar e apesar de termos ficado muito agradados no geral com o apartamento e estadia, deixo aqui 2 ou 3 sugestões de melhoria: 1) Quando os clientes são Portugueses, é obvio que na maior parte dos casos deslocam-se para o Algarve na sua própria viatura e por isso, apesar de estarmos numa zona tranquila de Albufeira e não haver qualquer problema de estacionamento no exterior, o acesso à garagem do imóvel seria sem dúvida uma mais valia; 2) Obviamente que a rotatividade de pessoas neste tipo de apartamentos durante a época de Verão é grande, com constantes entradas e saídas de pessoas e intervalos de mudanças curtos (i.e. 4 ou 5 horas entre os antigos e novos residentes). No entanto, há alguns aspetos relativamente à limpeza que se calhar poderão ser melhorados (ex. limpeza das varandas, algumas manchas já entranhadas no chão da cozinha e casas de banho, cortinados da sala). 3) Falta do comando da box da TV Cabo (NOS). Dá sempre jeito e é bastante mais confortável termos um comando para mudarmos os canais remotamente, em vez de estarmos constantemente a levantar-nos do sofá para mudarmos de canal.

Excellent property and host

Adrian's property is a really well kept and clean apartment conveniently located in Albufiera. It was a perfect home base for us to enjoy all of the Algarve region. It is immaculately clean and well equipped for everything you need for your stay. Adrian is a very responsive host, answering all of our questions and providing great suggestions for airport transfer, which we did not end up using as we rented a car to explore the region. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would whole heartedly recommend Adrian and his house in Albufiera.

Fabulous family holiday

We had a fabulous holiday staying in this apartment. It was really clean, spacious and well laid out. The ladies who look after the apartment were fantastic and were on hand should you have any queries. The owners Adrian and Anita were very helpful and recommended a brilliant airport transfer company (funny orange) who were reasonably priced and very efficient. The apartment has everything you need for your holiday and outside there are beautifully landscaped gardens with 2 pools and plenty of sunbeds. There is plenty to do in Albufeira, the apartment is a 10 minute walk from the main strip. We love the Old Town where there are many shops, bars and restaurants. We would highly recommend Zoomarine as a day out with the kids. This was our 5th trip to the Corcovada apartments and the best one so far!
