Villa Moorea is a spacious 6-bedroom holiday home, perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and stunning sea views. The large living and dining area provides a welcoming space for relaxation and socializing.



On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, both en suite with showers, and an additional guest bathroom.



On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, both en suite with showers, complemented by a terrace with spectacular views.



In this property, there is a fully equipped gym and a games room with a snooker table and foosball, ideal for entertainment for all ages. On the lower floor, there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds en suite with a shower and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, plus a guest bathroom.



The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing easy and comfortable meal preparation.



Outside, the private pool (heatable as an extra) is perfect for relaxation, accompanied by a covered barbecue area for outdoor dining.



Villa Moorea is located in Gale, close to restaurants, supermarkets, and the beach, offering an ideal location for a relaxing holiday with easy access to all amenities.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 14 guests

From the 15th to the 18th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.



In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
