Fully equipped, it offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and 6 bedrooms. In the attic, there is a suite with 2 single beds and a private bathroom. On the first floor, 2 rooms with double beds and a balcony with pool view. On the ground floor, a room with 2 beds (one drawer) and another with a double bed and balcony. On the lower floor, a room with 2 bunk beds and a private bathroom.



The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and utensils. The living room, decorated with high comfort standards, is perfect for socialising and family meals.



Outside, a heatable pool (optional extra) is surrounded by beautiful gardens and sun loungers. The barbecue complements the space, ideal for outdoor meals.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 15th to the 20th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
