Located in a prestigious area of the Algarve, Townhouse Varadero is a charming terraced house, close to all amenities. It offers free WiFi, a pool for adults and children, 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6+2 people.



Upon entering the property, you will find the living and dining areas in an open concept, which harmoniously integrate a fully equipped kitchen. In the living and dining room, you will find a comfortable sofa to enjoy your favourite TV programmes and a dining table where you can enjoy meals with friends and family.



The kitchen is equipped with all essential utensils and appliances, including an oven, refrigerator, microwave, among others. On this floor, there is a service bathroom.



Ascending to the first floor, you will find the three bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each. An additional bathroom serves this floor, ensuring comfort for all guests.



The jewel of the property is the top floor terrace, which offers a view of the sea as well as the fascinating Algarve sunset. The wonderful sea-view terrace, furnished with chairs and a table, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a refreshing drink at the end of the day.



The condominium's common area includes two pools, one for adults and another for children. This elegant property is located in an area near a varied selection of restaurants and some of the Algarve's best beaches.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 175 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests.

From the 7th to the 8th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.



In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
