The ideal refuge for family or friends' holidays.The main villa includes 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, while the independent annex offers an additional 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Both units share an exceptional outdoor space with two private pools (optionally heatable), sun loungers, and barbecues.In the main house, there are 3 en-suite bedrooms with double beds, one twin room, and one bunk bed room. All bathrooms have showers, except for one twin suite with a bathtub. The spacious living/dining room has direct access to the exterior, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped.The annex, next to the large pool, is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, there is an en-suite double bedroom, a living/dining room, and an equipped kitchen. On the lower floor, there are two twin rooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and an additional bathroom.The exterior features terraces, outdoor dining areas, and barbecues. The property also offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and private parking.Nearby, there is a supermarket, bars, restaurants – including one with 2 Michelin stars – and the Salgados Golf Course and Nature Reserve. Galé and São Rafael beaches are a short distance away. Albufeira is a 10-minute drive.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 16 guests.From the 17th to the 22th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
