Villa Encosta do Sol is located in the heart of Albufeira, providing the perfect base to soak up the many sights and sounds the area has to offer, whether you’re looking to switch off from the world in the sunshine or party until dawn, Albufeira has something for everyone. 
Providing easy access to the town centre, beach and the legendary Old Town, as well as being only a short drive away from the beautiful blue flag beaches of Gale, Sao Rafael and Salgados, this villa’s location is certainly a deal breaker. 
Providing spectacular views across the resort and down to the sea, this 3 storey, elevated villa also has a fantastic outdoor space that is ideal for facilitating plenty of fun in the sun. Boasting a large private pool, an outdoor dining area for alfresco dining, as well as a barbecue that is perfect for cooking up a storm, this villa epitomises what it is like to live in the sunshine. 
Inside is decorated in an inviting, contemporary style and there are many modern appliances and state-of-the-art features that enhance the interior of this villa including a centrally controlled shutter system that has been designed to keep the house cool during the summer days and provide additional security.
As you enter this wonderful property, a large entrance hall leads to a modern, fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room, with patio doors leading to the outstanding pool area. A few steps down from the dining room, you will find a stylish lounge that has a comfortable leather sofa, flat-screen TV and DVD player. There’s also a single bedroom on this floor, plus several steps lead up to a twin bedroom with an adjacent full bathroom.
Upstairs on the second floor, there’s a large double bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom with double sinks, and access to a terrace area. The second bedroom on this floor is also a double with a dressing area and an en-suite full bathroom with double sinks. 
From the upper floor balconies you can enjoy outstanding sea views, whilst taking a moment to soak up your surroundings and of course, enjoy a glass or two of the local wine!
Please note, the 10th guest sleeps on sofa bed. This is located in the lounge and is suitable for children aged 12 and under.
