Nestled in the serene region of Vale De Parra, Villa Helene Norvilla offers a delightful retreat with five spacious bedrooms, each featuring a private ensuite. This villa combines comfort with elegance, creating a perfect setting for a memorable stay.
The ground floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, designed to meet all your culinary needs and a spacious lounge that invites relaxation and social gatherings. This level also includes a cosy double bedroom and a charming twin bedroom, both thoughtfully furnished for your comfort.
Ascending to the first floor, you'll find three additional bedrooms. Two are beautifully appointed double bedrooms, offering restful havens after a day of exploring the area. The third is a comfortable twin bedroom, ensuring ample space for family or friends.
Outside, the villa continues to impress with its expansive pool, perfect for refreshing swims or lounging under the sun. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there's a table tennis table that promises fun and friendly competition. The brick-built BBQ area is ideal for delightful al fresco dining experiences, allowing you to savor meals amidst the tranquil surroundings. The outdoor space is designed to offer a variety of leisure options, making Villa Helene Norvilla a perfect getaway destination.
Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 74cm wide. The villa sits in a flat location. There are 2 shallow steps of 10cm from the villa to the pool level. This can be seen in the images. The pool itself requires step access. The ground floor bedrooms have a door width of 72cm, whilst the ensuite doors are only 66cm wide. The door into the kitchen is 72cm wide, whilst the door into the lounge is 134cm wide.
