Villa Melissa

The Villa Melissa has room for up 7 people. The living room has a very large space and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is a balcony with a fantastic view to the Marina area, from where you can enjoy the sea and the beautiful panorama.



The house is equipped and ready to receive 7 people (3 bedrooms). If you require an extra bed for the eight person will incur an additional cost. There are also 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, lounge area, private pool, private park and garden. In the louge area there's a BBQ perfect for a dinner.



We are asking to pay electricity bills on side during LONG TERM RESERVATION OF 25 DAYS OR MORE.



The Villa's garage is used by someone else - however it does not interfere with the spaces used by the guests - this person does not have access to any space that the guest has rented.

Our guests have access to all areas of the house. They can still use everything in the house. If they need any object or appliance or something more specific, we are ready to help.



Dreamplaces cares about any problems of its guests. We try to be proactive in this regard, but always respecting the space and holidays of our clients.



The villa is located in a luxurious area of the Marina of Albufeira and is the second Villa closest to the frontline of the Marina, where you can find several recreational areas, restaurants, a great landscape with the sunset and boats moored.

It is also located 15 minutes walking from the old town of Albufeira and 20 minutes from many beautiful beaches.



The villa is located near the Albufeira Marina and close to the Old Town, making it easy to get around. In this case, you don't necessarily need to rent a car because everything is close to you.

Additional Rules and necessary information



•Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we are asking you to give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.



If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, know how to do it in advance and refund the difference.



•Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given via by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department.

Check-in – 4 p.m

Check-out – 10 a.m

The same applies to late-checkout. It is always subject to availability.



•We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in the group when they come to our properties. For this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets, towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.



•We are Pet Friendly - you must let us know that you bring your Pet with prior notice and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning cost (to be calculated based on the type of property).



•Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people the house holds. If more towels or sheets are needed, we can provide them at an extra cost, on request.



•We can arrange an Airport Shuttle for you, upon prior request.



•For stays longer than 25 days – normally during the winter season – we ask for the payment of the electricity bill (it is calculated according to the type of property)

•We do not provide kitchen condiments, cleaning or personal hygiene products.
