The staff was super nice. Front area was nice, but the cleanliness of the room was far from expectation. The floor was dirty. Hair was in the sink, the tub, on the toilet and the floor. I even question whether the sheets were clean, as there seemed to be dirt between all the sheets. I have stayed at this hotel before (years ago) so I was confident in renting, but i was very disappointed.

It was very disappointing that the pool and jacuzzi were closed also the laundry room. Our toilet was not flushing so they had to come twice to fix it also I went for ice and the ice machine was not working.

I was so excited to stay at this location because I had a good experience when I went to phoenix, stayed at the same brand name. But this location, it was my first time with the hotel. When I got there to check in, front desk person was kind of rude and had made it awkward for no reason. When I got to the room, floors were not vacuumed right, bathroom had bugs and little openings in the wall, my light, night stand was dented and dirty with stains, bed felt nasty, my niece and mother had stepped on pebbles and bullhead stickers and had gotten a splinter from the floor, room just looked unclean. Lastly, the swimming pool was cold and the hot tub was broken, gym was very limited. My room, was unclean, I was scared to even lay on the bed because of how loos it was and stains were on the sheets.i think the only things I enjoyed was the breakfast. This is just a head up not a threat to this hotel. But I will never stay here again.
