Cold shower

This was one of multiple stays at this hotel. Very nice rooms, large and clean. The ONLY downside to this visit was the fact that the shower would not get warm/hot. It was the coldest shower we’ve had to take. It was miserable. We’ve never had this issue during any of our other stays.
