The decor of the 2-storey house is rustic and you will immediately feel at home. The well was formerly used for water supply, but today has only decorative purposes. There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

In total, the house has 4 double bedrooms,all of them on the first floor. Three of them have two single beds and one has a double bed. In addition, upstairs there are two bathrooms with bathtub. Another bathroom with shower is on the ground floor. All bedrooms have beautiful views to the fields and are equipped with air conditioning as well as a wardrobe. A baby cot and high chair can be prepared on request. In one of the rooms there is a small safe.

The villa is located in the mountains, but at the same time only 4.5 km from Playa de Muro. It is a long beach with fine, white sand that connects the towns of Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia. There are areas where there is no construction and you can enjoy nature and an intact dune system. In Puerto de Alcúdia you will find a wide range of entertainment, many restaurants, supermarkets, beach bars and playgrounds. The natural park of S'Albufera is open all year round and houses a wide variety of animals, especially birds. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed.
