Situated in the peaceful landscape between Alcudia and Pollensa on a private, 14,000 m2 plot of land with over 140 tree species, Villa Bonnix is a dreamlike holiday oasis which offers stunning views of the Bay of Pollensa. Built in 2002 and stylishly decorated with both contemporary artworks and local artifacts, the 2-storey holiday villa consists of a light-flooded living room with a fireplace and an adjacent dining area, a very well-equipped, modern kitchen with a cooking island, 4 beautiful bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each and the other 2 with king size beds) as well as 3 bathrooms (one with a hydromassage bathtub) and a half-bath. Villa Bonnix can therefore accommodate 8 people. Further amenities include high speed Wi-Fi, smart TV with international channels, a music player with speakers in every room of the house, as well as air conditioning and heating throughout the house with individual thermostats in every room. Additionally, the villa is well-adapted to accommodate all kinds of age groups: it is child-friendly with its baby cots, highchairs, stair gates, bed guards, toys and its safety fence for the pool, but it also can accommodate elderly guests: one bedroom is located on the ground floor, the house has few steps in the common areas and all bathrooms have safety rails in the showers. Outside, the massive garden and terrace invite you to sunbathe on the comfortable sun loungers, or to prepare delicious meals on the barbecue and share them together at the tables. There is also the 40 m2 pool, a large hot tub that is always heated at 35ºC, a ping pong table, and a wooden playhouse that contains toys and inflatables for the pool. Upstairs, you can round off your evenings with a glass of wine on the balcony and admire the spectacular views of the mountains in the distance. A great selection of shops, restaurants, and cafes as well as the infamous Mallorcan nightlife and beaches are located in Puerto Alcudia and Puerto Pollença, which are only 5 km or, respectively, 10 km from the property, at most a 15-minute drive away. Both the Alcanada and Pollensa Golf Clubs are located within a 15-minute drive from the villa.



Parking spaces are available on the property for at least 6 cars. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Weddings, parties and events of any kind are not allowed. The swimming pool can be heated for an extra fee (available from March until mid November). 3 hours of cleaning services are included once or twice a week depending on the length of the booking.



In case that you are interested in this villa and the dates you want are already booked, please note that Villa Es Coster de na Llusia is identical to Villa Bonnix, and both of them are located in the same area. Booking the two properties for the same dates is an option for bigger groups of up to 16 people.
