Hotel was very nice, our room was beautiful. All staff were awesome other than the staff at Nasaya weren’t overly friendly or helpful. I would recommend staying at this Hotel during a stay in Alexandria. The view of the Mediterranean was incredible from our junior suite. Breakfast was very good also and had plenty of options. Sunrise is a good chain to trust here in Egypt.

This hands down, is the best hotel in Alexandria, service is impeccable, and rooms are comfortable and super clean. Staff all over, top-notch. Highly recommend staying there. The view of the sea is breathtaking.

This is the best hotel in Alexandria, the staff go above and beyond, to make your stay pleasant. Rooms are super clean and housekeeping staff are always ready to bring or assist in making you comfortable. The front office staff is very pleasant during check in and throughout the stay. Wonderful stay

We were so impressed with our stay. The reception was very welcoming and accommodating. Everyone is very friendly. Our room was ready early, was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast exceeded expectations. A full hot buffet! Restaurant staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were well cared for. Can’t say enough.

A very nice hotel on Mediterranean and excellent and very convenient location. Beautiful setting with private beach and heated pool. Excellent breakfast. Perfect stay!

This hotel was absolutely brilliant. The staff were very helpful with each request such as extra towels and iron. They provided each request i had efficiently. I will for sure try another sunrise in the future. Thank you all for a very relaxing stay. I would also strongly recommend the spa services as it was one of the best i have experienced.

Lovely hotel with fantastic customer service unfortunately we had a party not too far from our room but reception and management did absolutely everything they could to move us room to a quieter location.
