Welcome to this house near Montuïri, one of the rural areas of Mallorca, which has been renovated in 2015. It is a 100 m2 house situated on an 11,500 m2 plot. Most of the furniture and household equipment are brand new. It is tastefully decorated and has two bedrooms, one double and one triple. The triple room has a double bed and a single bed, which is located in a room adjacent to the main one. In this triple room there is space for a crib if necessary. The double room is equipped with a single bunk. In the house you will find a bathroom with shower. This property is ideal for a holiday with family or friends.

The kitchen is very practical and it is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, including electric stove. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The large living room is an ideal relaxing meeting place, and is ideal for long after-dinner conversations with direct views to the terrace and pool through its large windows. The dining-room area is composed of a large Majorcan table with a large sitting area around it. The space dedicated to relaxation and TV also has very comfortable sofas. In the house you will find Wi-Fi and TV-Sat. During the summer months, let the fresh air of the mountains of southern Mallorca invade the home, you can enjoy this inside and outside the house.
