Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.
This holiday apartment for 3 people in the prestigious Lauro Golf resort is perfect for those looking to combine sport and relaxation in a quiet and well-connected environment. Located in Alhaurín de la Torre, it offers close access to a 27-hole golf course, sports facilities such as paddle and bowling green, as well as catering services in the resort itself (not included in the rate). Its location is ideal for discovering both the interior of Málaga and the vibrant Costa del Sol, thus expanding your cultural and sporting experience.
The accommodation, with modern decoration and high-quality furniture, has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a convertible double bed into two single beds, both equipped with air conditioning and luggage space, ensuring comfortable rest. The living-dining area incorporates a fully equipped American kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, among others), designed to offer comfort and functionality. Additionally, you can relax on a small terrace ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or a quiet reading.
The bathroom is spacious and modern, with a shower tray for your comfort. Among the additional amenities of the apartment are wifi internet access, heat pump heating, community swimming pool, outdoor parking in the same building and elevator, facilitating your stay. You also have a television for leisure moments.
This 54 m² apartment offers mountain views and is perfectly located a few metres from key services: 200 m from the resort's golf course and bowling green, 1 km from the intercity bus station, and less than 20 km from beaches, water parks, train and bus stations, as well as Málaga airport (18 km). Proximity to cities such as Málaga, Marbella and Fuengirola will allow you to explore the region with ease.
