The apartment has a functional and welcoming design, distributed over two floors. Additionally, there is a toilet with a washing machine for greater convenience.



On the upper floor, the two bedrooms have their own terrace, wardrobes, and en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower tray and bathtub, while the second bedroom offers two single beds and a bathroom with a shower tray



The apartment has air conditioning and central heating, wifi access, elevator, fans, hairdryer and television. It also includes a parking space in the same building (with an extra cost of 13€/day), with controlled access through a padlock to guarantee your space.
