Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.



Enjoy a unique holiday experience in this beautiful rural house in Alhaurín el Grande, recently renovated and equipped to offer you tranquillity, nature and comfort in a spectacular setting. This 110 m² house has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people, ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a rural retreat with all modern amenities.

Upon arrival, you will find easy access and parking within the fenced plot, which guarantees comfort and safety for your vehicle. The house is surrounded by impressive views that invite you to relax and disconnect from daily stress. Its location is strategic: just 10 minutes by car from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande and very well connected with the Costa del Sol. In less than an hour you can enjoy the beaches of Marbella, Fuengirola or Málaga, as well as the cultural and leisure offer of the Malaga capital



The private swimming pool, with an elongated shape, is the perfect space to cool off while contemplating the landscape. In addition, the outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture and a 40 m² terrace that invites you to have lunch, read or simply relax outdoors. For barbecue lovers, there is also a grill available to make delicious meals in the fresh air



The interior combines a modern style with a charming rustic touch thanks to its high ceilings with wooden beams. The living room and American kitchen share a spacious and bright space, with a large dining table for family gatherings. You will be able to enjoy television and free Wi-Fi to stay connected or entertained



The layout of the house is functional: the main bedroom includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray, while the second bedroom has three single beds, ideal for children or friends. Additionally, there is an additional bathroom with a bathtub for greater comfort



The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, along with all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite meals



This accommodation is located in a rural and family-friendly environment, close to supermarkets, golf courses and water parks, as well as various beaches and iconic tourist attractions. It also has air conditioning, heat pump heating, hairdryer, outdoor parking, and television to ensure a comfortable stay in any season of the year.

We had a fantastic stay at the House

We had a fantastic stay at the House. The location is close to the city center, but still remote enough for a private holiday. The view is magnificant, the house is clean, the aircondition keeps the nights chilled but the best thing about our stay was the service from Matgarita who was our host during the stay. A fantastic holiday,

We had a fantastic stay at the House. The location is close to the city center, but still remote enough for a private holiday. The view is magnificant, the house is clean, the aircondition keeps the nights chilled but the best thing about our stay was the service from Matgarita who was our host during the stay. Such a lovely house

Such a lovely house. Great location for a relaxing holiday and only 30 min. drive to the main beaches and towns. The check-in went smoothly and the host was really polite and easy to talk to (despite little English knowledge). I recommend staying at this cute cabin.

the finca is a perfect place to enjoy a peaceful holiday. the valley and the mountains view was spectacular. All your daily needs are 5 minutes away in Alhaurín village. we loved are stay very much. my young children loved the pool. the atmosphere was amazing. looking forward to book the finca again

Fantastic house

Where ever you looked, you have an amazing view from the pool or one of the many options to sit. Everywhere is a comfortable place to sit, lay or hang. Enormous palmtrees, fruit trees, hills, valley and sunsetts will never bore. Also the house was very comfortable, with airco in every room and the mosquito screens at all the windows. And to top it, the really nice swimming pool, a perfect holiday. The double bed makes a lot of noise when you turn around and is not as comfortable as the single beds.

This is a great spot for kids in general and ours loved it (note: the pool isn’t heated so bring wetsuits outside of summer)Cristobal was super helpful on check-in and was accommodating throughout.Overall - great views, great location (30 mjns to airport & beaches), great host.

Host and management company fine to deal with, house is as described and a wonderfully located base for a week in Malaga region.The house would benefit from some capital investment and ditch all the IKEA products (cheap pillows and bedding, cheap and mis matched towels, blunt knives, scratched pans). Both gas and charcoal BBQs need replacing as of June 2024.

Our stay at El Balneario

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful finca. Cristobal met us at the property for our arrival and explained to us how to enter and leave the property. We didn't have a single need for anything else from him during our stay, just how we like it. The finca overall is a beautiful place to be for a couple or a larger group up to six. If you look hard enough there are a few details that need some attention like there is some missing tiles on the steps of the pool and the crockery could be replaced. The views alone from this little gem in the Costa del Sol more thsn makes up for it. The beds we used were perfect and we had the best sleep. I really enjoyed looking after the pool during our stay which became part of our morning routine but you can do ad much or as lityle as you want. Beautiful finca and surroundings.

Great Holiday Villa

We spent 28 days at Finca El Balneario, a great base to explore Andalucía. Close to town, and well connected. The villa is spacious with a great pool and outside space. The 65" LG 4K tv and 300mMB fibre internet need to be mentioned as this was a great bonus, as was the gas barbecue. Cristobal and his wife brought us a huge bunch of fresh thyme, when we mentioned we couldn't find any, which was great for cooking Conejo al Ajillo (Garlic Rabbit) We would highly recommend this villa if you want to be close to town (with some background noise) and great connectivity, (in every way) Lots of the palm trees needed trimming, as the dead leaves obstruct the view and are noisy in the wind. The Bougainvilla was very overgrown and obstructing the bathroom window and needs cutting back.

The house is beautiful, and the location really just picture perfect. We enjoyed many beautiful sunsets and the kids could run around making lots of noise with no near neighbours to worry about. The pool was as shown in the picture, as was the house. When we arrived the Wi-Fi wasn’t working and the BBQ out of gas - the owner fixed these the same day so it didn’t effect our stay. Small issue that the en-suite shower only had scalding hot water, I’m sure if we had pursued it, it would have been fixed. We just didn’t want to deal with plumbers on our holiday so used the other shower.Mr Cristobel the owner was very responsive to my queries and fixed the little niggles that we had with home promptly and with a positive attitude. If you’re looking for a restful, relaxing holiday this place is perfect.

This is a wonderful villa

This is a wonderful villa. Everything was clean & tidy. Kitchen was well stocked with crockery & utensils. Rooms very clean & tidy. Host was waiting for us when we arrived, & ran through everything. Rooms were cool & all had efficient air conditioning. Excellent wifi. Covered seating area was amazing. Comfy sofa & chairs, dining table & a daybed in the shade. Enough sunloungers for everyone & an outside electric BBQ with utensils. The pool was just the right size. Villa is a 5 minute drive from town where there are some amazing restaurants, bars & cafes. Supermarket is a 10 minute drive. It's about a 30-40 minute drive to the beaches.We were looking for a quiet, relaxing week away and this is perfect - we will be going back. The view over the mountains is amazing.There are no onerous conditions. We left it clean & tidy & removed all rubbish to the bin at the bottom of the drive.
