Located in a quiet area with access via a small compact dirt road, the property is very well connected, just a few minutes by car from towns such as Alhaurín el Grande, Coín and Alhaurín de la Torre. In addition, its proximity to highways facilitates visits to the picturesque inland towns of Malaga, the capital and the extensive Costa del Sol.



In the exterior, the private swimming pool invites you to cool off and enjoy the sun, while the covered barbecue area is perfect for preparing delicious family lunches The fenced garden and outdoor furniture offer spaces to relax or share unforgettable moments. There is also a children's area for the little ones and outdoor parking within the same enclosure.
