Charming family villa in aljezur

Located in the heart of a nature reserve, 1 hour drive from Faro and 3 hours from Lisbon, 5 minutes from three of the most beautiful surf spots of the Algarve our house welcomes you for a wonderful holiday with family or friends. It is located near shops, restaurants and the three beaches of Arrifana, Monte Clerigo and Praia de Amoreira.

Whole house on the ground floor overlooking the pool and garden for the enjoyment of its occupants. The winters have a low temperature underfloor heating. All windows are equipped with electric shutters.
For your information the animals are not accepted and our house is non smoking. We ask you to smoke outside and not to throw your butts into the garden.
We provide the necessary bed linen (including for babies), tea towels and towels. We do not provide beach towels.

The house consists of:
1 ° Five rooms distributed as follows:
     A master suite equipped with a bed of 160 x 200 and a bathroom with Italian shower, bathtub
     and WC
     A second master suite equipped with a bed of 160 x 200 and a bathroom with Italian showers and
     WC
     Two bedrooms with double beds of 160 x 200 and a room with three beds of 90 x 200
     These last three rooms share a bathroom with shower and two toilets.
 
2 ° An equipped kitchen with dining area including:
     A ceramic hob, a large oven, a mini oven, an American fridge, a dishwasher, a micro-
     wave, a thermos coffee maker and a Nespresso coffee maker, a hood, a toaster, some food processors
     (including a baby blender) and all the dishes you may need to compose
     your meals.

3 ° A living room including:
     Three large sofas, a fireplace with firewall, free WIFI, a big screen TV with
     international channels and many board games.

4 ° In the house we also have 2 baby beds that we put at your disposal free of charge.
You also have an ironing board, an iron, a vacuum cleaner and a hair dryer.

5 ° To taste the pleasure of cooking outdoors you will enjoy a summer kitchen shaded by canisses
    equipped with a barbecue, a bread oven, a sink with hot and cold water;
    Outside you will also have a bathroom with toilet, a washing machine and a dryer.

6 ° The garage contains a freezer, a hot dog machine, a ping pong table, beach toys, a beach umbrella, two beach chairs, four garden tables, chairs,
    Garden, a hammock, sunbeds and a clothesline to extend your beach towels.

7 ° In the garden you have a large swimming pool, terraces, lawn and a drying rack.
(Possibility to heat the pool for 80 € per week to pay on the spot).
Although this does not replace your vigilance we also lend you a pool alarm that you can plug in if your children are young.

Charming family villa in aljezur offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
