The fully equipped private kitchen includes a dishwasher, and additional amenities include Wi-Fi, private TV with French channels only, air conditioning in most bedrooms, fans, washing machine, hairdryer, and a dedicated workspace. Family-friendly features include 1 baby bed and 1 high chair.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden, covered terrace, and uncovered terrace, all offering sea views. The private outdoor pool measures 9m x 5m with a 2m depth and includes a poolside bar area. A private grill with gas is available for outdoor dining.

Events are not allowed on the property, and you must respect neighbors by avoiding music in the garden and terraces after 11 pm. You can easily reach Sant Elm by car, where motor boats provide access to Sa Dragonera Natural Park. During July and August, concerts are held twice weekly in the area.
