The receptionist Shawn who checked us in was so kind! We got in very late, around 12 or 1AM from our flight, and he allowed us to take food from the breakfast dining area. We appreciated it so much since since we were hungry and a lot of places around that area were closed at that time. Thank you!

Should have been told hotel was being renovated. The workers pretty much cleaned out breakfast every morning and the coffee was pretty terrible. Our room was clean and quiet but the corridor was a mess to get through each day.

Staff not available when we arrived to check in. We had to wait20 minutes for someone to show up at front desk. When we entering room 320 there was a mold smell. Floor was not clean in shower area. I requested toilet paper and wash clothes but never received. Had to get from front desk. I was told that they had new ownership/ branding. Not up to the Wingate standards or of other properties
