This traditional and charming property has a beautifully landscaped garden with native fruit trees and an enchanting outdoor dining area with Canary barbeque.
Casita 'La Chozita' has a living area and bathroom on the ground floor with spectacular views of the valley from the balcony that wraps around the west side of the house.
You can enjoy beautiful sunsets sitting at the table and chairs on the balcony.
The double bedroom is in the attic of the casita, with a double bed (150 cm), eaves window, wall-mounted television and lots of storage space for your belongings.
The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, sink and toilet.
There is a large patio with two sunbeds to lounge on and enjoy the spectacular garden and view.
The kitchen is located on the ground floor and is accessed through the landscaped garden amongst the fruit trees and connected to the barbeque and outdoor dining area. There is an electric stove, microwave, large butler sink, and a fridge as well as an indoor living and dining area.
Pick fresh herbs from the surrounding garden to add to your salad and barbeque.
You can choose to dine inside or in the picnic area outside next to the barbeque and under the trees.
Enjoy the sound of the mountains - the birds, the wind in the trees and maybe the odd rooster or mountain goat.
Please note that the property is located 600m above sea level and to reach it, you must drive steep mountainous roads, making it only suitable for confident drivers. We will be happy to meet you for a personalized check-in between 3 pm and 8 pm on your day of arrival.
