This roomy 150m2 vacation home is located in the municipality of Ariany in the northeastern part of Majorca, a sunny island in Spain's Balearic Islands. The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The home features Wi-Fi, satellite television, and is child-friendly. Guests can relax outdoors in the furnished garden, or sit in the open or closed terraces, all private features. There is also an outdoor pool (with showers) and a grill area, also for private use. The home is just a 3 to 10 minute (1 to 5 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping venues. Scenic beaches along Alcudia Bay include the Playa del Muro, just an 18 minute (17 km) drive by car, and Alcudia Beach, just 30 minutes (26 km) by car. The area offers great opportunities to explore the natural beauty of the island's coastline, such as the Son Real and Puig de Ferrutx hiking areas 23 to 27 minutes (19 to 27 km) away by car. Hikers can also visit the Puig d'en Sard, a peak on Calicant mountain, just a 30 minute (26 km) drive by car. The Ariany area currently offers 30 cycling routes of various kinds that wind through a beautiful coastal and mountain landscape. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 44 minutes (45 km) by car from the home.



Each guest gets linen and a set of towels (1 beach towel, a small hand towel and a body towel). If stays are over 7 nights, 2 sets are provided.



Also on arrival homeowner provides coffee, milk, 4 yoghurts, 2 beers, 2 soft drinks, a bottle of wine, jam and butter (individual portions), white wine, water and a small fruit basket.
