Nestled in the heart of the sought-after Parque Santiago 2 complex, this delightful one-bedroom duplex offers an intimate getaway for up to two guests. Positioned on the 3rd floor, the apartment provides partial views of the sea, adding a tranquil backdrop to your stay.
As you step out onto the private balcony, you're greeted by a set of patio furniture, perfect for enjoying morning coffees or evening cocktails, with the gentle sea breeze as your companion. Sliding patio doors open to a cosy living area, thoughtfully arranged with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV offering a selection of English and international channels for your entertainment. The apartment also has WIFI internet. The space is also equipped with a dining area featuring a table and four chairs, ideal for home-cooked meals.
The kitchen is fully -equipped with all the modern conveniences you would expect, including an oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, 2-ring hob, kettle, and toaster, catering to all your culinary needs.
A staircase leads to the upper floor where the serene bedroom awaits. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers, and a large mirror, creating a restful environment. Ample storage is available in the fitted wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom is complete with a shower, wash hand basin, bidet, and WC. A large mirror above the sink adds a touch of elegance.
