The Sandy Comfort room is ideal for people who want to enjoy the beach, the sun and the nightlife that Playa de las Américas offers. The room is located on the first floor of a shared apartment consisting of 3 floors, The apartment is completely renovated. The Sandy Comfort room is very nice and spacious; it has a double bed, wardrobe, television and private bathroom located next to the room, it has a hydromassage shower
In addition, they can make use of the different common areas shared with the rest of the tenants who stay in the other rooms. The shared services offered are; the kitchen that has everything you need for your stay such as kitchen utensils, microwave, refrigerator oven, ceramic hob, as well as a living-dining room furnished with tables, chairs, a sofa and a flat-screen television, all of which will put it also find on the first floor
The complex currently houses maintenance and renovation works in the common areas that do not generate noise, it is important that you know that the pool is not available at the moment.
The apartment is recommended for young people looking for sun and beach, night outings, surfing etc. This is due to the proximity of Playa de las Américas and the nightlife of the Verónicas area. (It is not recommended for families with children due to the proximity of the nightclubs and which can cause noise)
