This spectacular rustic finca is located in a privileged setting in the northeast of Mallorca, just 6 km from the charming town of Artà and 4 km from Son Servera. It perfectly combines the essence of traditional Mediterranean Mallorcan style with contemporary lines, both in its architecture and interior. Surrounded by nature, the property offers an atmosphere of absolute tranquility, with a private swimming pool and a beautiful garden that invites relaxation, while providing all modern comforts.

The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright open-plan area divided into different zones: entrance hall, living room with fireplace, cozy sitting area, dining room, and fully equipped open kitchen. Large windows surround this space, connecting directly to the magnificent outdoor porch, creating a seamless blend of interior and exterior, perfect for enjoying the Mallorcan climate year-round.

Next to the porch is the large swimming pool, surrounded by lawn and offering stunning open views of the countryside and mountains. On this floor, there are three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of them en suite, as well as a guest toilet.

The entire upper floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, which features its own private terrace with spectacular open views of the surroundings and the mountains.

The finca sits on a generous plot of approximately 13,000 m², surrounded by typical Mallorcan countryside, ensuring total privacy, peace, and a true connection with nature.

For golf enthusiasts, the location is ideal, as four prestigious 18-hole golf courses are nearby: Pula Golf, Golf Son Servera, and just 10–15 minutes away by car, Canyamel Golf and Capdepera Golf.

Within the same short drive, you can also reach the entire coast of the area, from Costa de los Pinos through Cala Bona with its marina, to Cala Millor and Sa Coma—well-known tourist centers with long sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, promenades, restaurants, shops, and a wide range of activities for all ages.

Artà, only 6 km away, is one of Mallorca’s most charming traditional towns, famous for its weekly market, rich gastronomy, cultural life, and proximity to the Llevant Natural Park. Son Servera, just 4 km away, offers all services year-round, a very authentic local atmosphere, and excellent access to the coast.

Pets are allowed at this property, except for dog breeds considered dangerous. Pets up to 10 kg are accepted.
