La Casa de Arriba is a beautiful 3 bedroomed property with private pool in a rural setting in the north of the island with easy access to all the amenities you may need.
Situated in the beautiful municipality of Arucas, this beautiful holiday home that can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and the other two, with single beds plus an additional bathroom.
La Casa de Arriba is equipped with a kitchen with all kinds of appliances needed for a pleasant stay such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and other utensils you may need.
It also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer for a higher comfort, as well as its private parking spot.
The house is provided with access to a cozy semi-covered terrace of 60 m2 with outdoors dining area, BBQ and a wonderful private swimming pool (heatable with a supplement) surrounded by sunloungers, offering wonderful views of the sea and the banana trees of the place.
La Casa de Arriba is only 8 minutes by car from the beaches of the area and only 15 minutes from the famous Las Canteras beach in the capital of Gran Canaria.
