Check in was difficult. The computer system was acting up so we had to switch to a different computer which resulted in my card being charged twice for the damages hold. When brought this to someone’s attention; it was said there is nothing that can be done since it’s a hold & I would see my money in 10 business days. That’s crazy due to it being a problem they caused.
