Really everything. Great customer service. The people at breakfast couldn’t have been friendlier and remembered my order each day. Gorgeous sunrise. Great room. Great amenities. Love the shuttle service even though I only used it once. Good location. Frankly I’d want to stay here every time my husband goes in for chemo but I’m a bit disappointed with the rewards program and how unused points are treated which, I know, is not this hotel’s fault. .
