The property is infested with roaches and service is virtually nonexistent. Even beyond the roach infestation there were used artificial eye lashes on the floor of my SECOND room at this property. Sandy Springs is beautiful but never again will I book an Extended Stay based on my experience

A few of the staff members are great, namely the two young men. The women that work here have no business being in customer service of any kind. Getting a towel is harder than the advanced calculus. Its a great location, and the rooms are spacious and would be perfect, but they're filthy. The bed has bugs that have been biting me despite me washing the sheets myself. They need a DEEP CLEAN up in this mug

On the other hand, the people who were staying at the hotel were so noisy, banging stuff on the walls and floor, moreover, there were people smoking weed outside the lobby, they didn’t look that friendly.
