Absolutely love this property! We’ve stayed here several times and will definitely be staying again. We love the Asian culture and you can find a mind numbing number of options within a 20 minute or less drive.

The most disappointing Marriott I have experienced

Having spent time in other Marriott hotels this was a huge disappointment. The only food available was breakfast which was very limited. My biggest disappointment was the lift safety cert was out of date, gym equipment was very limited (two running machines and a set of free weights) and rusty, despite asking at reception housekeeping did not clean the room or change towels during the 4 night stay (I had to ask one of the cleaners for fresh towels from her trolley), the TV remote didn't work.

This hotel is an ok option for those who wish to be close to all the Korean restaurants and stores. However, the property itself is in need of renovation. The air conditioning in the unit kept blowing a foul odor into the room. The daytime staff could be more welcoming. Upon check-out, Quentin at the front desk was great and friendly.
