Its was good for the price. Front desk was nice and professional. Ice machine worked 🙌. I saw the pool was open even though i didnot use it. Breatfast was provided. Elevator very slow. Now my room was good. I did lysol and wiped everything ( just me). Light in bathroom was very dim. Oh there was a bad smell on the floor. Not sure if all floors. Bathroom was decent. No updated equipment by the way. I had a probelm finding a usb plug. Otherwise pretty ok.

They were very kind about my ESA's. Very kind overall and respected our privacy. The rooms weren't anything special. A little misleading on the website. Not the cleanest. And the pool wasnt open yet... Definitely a partial efficiency type of room. Not meant for long stays at all. Pet friendly so that was awesome. But not clean at all Stayed 2 nights, did not sleep bc it was so unclean. I just felt dirty, the sheets were stained. I know its not supposed to be 5star, but it should have and could have been cleaner.

It was okay for one night did have waffles for breakfast so that was nice but was not very clean I came into my room and wiped everything with disinfectant and the towels were black from wiping just the desk the sheets were not clean it seemed like the person that cleaned didn’t do anything at all but made the beds with used sheets the front desk did provide new sheets also the towels had pubic hair which I did not use I had brought my own to begin with.I think it would be a better place to stay if it was more clean overall it was okay for one night I wouldn’t recommend for a family only for solo one night stay the beds were comfortable and staff was polite and nice if someone would do something about keeping this place clean and tidy I think it would definitely help the place out a lot.

Bed was lumpy, hair in the tub and sink, stained chair, drawers outdated and worn, freezer needed defrosting, toile sick moved more then normal, windows filthy, floors have not been vacuumed or in the hallway, elevator seems to only have 1 working and you feel like it is going to break down, only 1 side of bed had electric socket, whole place really needs a complete overhaul
