Excellent location to visit the Auckland hospital. Good and safe walking or quick uber ride to many locations. Nearby Parnell eat choices also make it a great location. Our room was small ( all we needed) and very clean. The tiles in the bathroom were so clean (always a give away in hotel rooms). And the staff were friendly, quick to reply to my emails, and great organising a late check in for us which worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place for cleanliness and location.

Carlaw Park

We arrived "after hours" at 4 pm on a Sunday. Had to wait at the intercom to contact a representative to give us access to the lobby. But otherwise a straightforward stay. The room was generous sized, with separation between bedroom and kitchen area. There was a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. It is very handy if visiting a student, adjacent to Stewart McCutcheon house.

Staff, room size and cleanliness were all very good. Position to town centre not-bad. Only downside was the nightly noise until the early hours as it is next to student accomindation. If you are use to city noise, a great place to stay. If you are not, it is very tiring, stressful.
