The room had no air circulation when we arrived, so it was very stagnant. Front desk clerk was alright, but I found it rude that she was seated and stayed seated upon our arrival until she finally realized we were trying to check in. Also, we were told we could go to the pool or a small smoking zone to relax, BUT the room keys did not open the doors! We were locked out until the night auditor finally saw us. However, he very slowly came to our aid, BUT he essentially scolded us for not propping the door open with a stone! I was floored! They should've known the lock system was broken and warned us. In the morning, I found that there still wasn't a note posted by the door to warn guests of the issue. The only other odd issue was they immediately check your room upon checkout in order to print a receipt and make sure to return the $100 room deposit.

Upon check in, I went to my room and the key cards would not open my door. The clerk remade cards and escorted me to my room where those cards didn't work either. He let me in with the manager card and shortly brought me a working card. The front desk clerk was very responsive. Additionally, the room had a must smell.

My stay was wonderful. Staff was very nice and friendly, breakfast was nice also. Room was very clean smelled good, bathroom was clean, only complaint the water in our bathroom tub was running couldn’t shut off.

The rooms appeared to be clean but after our overnight stay we could not wash our ass because of a water problem in the area and they didn’t adjust our cost and then it’s promised to serve us a hot breakfast but they didn’t because of I guess the water problem and a food delivery that wasn’t delivered.so basically my trip was miserable because I had to go out to purchase extra water and food I would never stay there again and I do want to be accommodated for my time and stay there. Nice place. Terrible breakfast!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only negative remarks are about the breakfast. It was terrible! The eggs didn't even look like eggs with their grayish color. Only one piece of meat in the warmer and the biscuits were so over cooked I couldn't bite into them or cut them with a knife.
