Super nice front desk. Received text from hotel the day before arrival providing details for luggage service at the ferry. Nice bathroom. Clean room. Beautiful building and great location. Only reason I did not give 5 stars. Is because the carpet just is not super clean looking. Appears time for near carpets which can be a turn off.

The hotel is clean. And they did offer us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary, but a hotel nowadays should be able to offer a hot shower. The water for Luke warm at best. So uncomfortable and would not stay again

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Avalon. It’s our second stay here. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are updated. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Big advantage is that they will store your luggage before check in and after checkout so that you can sight see with ease. Definitely recommend staying here.
