Anlagen sind sauber und Personal bemüht. Beim Essen könnte das Auffüllen schneller erfolgen, da man teilweise 10 Minuten auf Brot warten muss. Großes Lob an die Barfrau Bianca, die stets freundlich, flott uns zuvorkommend war.

Das für Hotel Gäste die Therme erst um 8 30 zu begehen ist ist sehr schlecht und schade Das man an Abreise Tag die Therme nur bis 11 Uhr nutzen kann und danach die Verlängerung die kostenpflichtig ist so kompliziert ist und man neue Bänder und andere ein Gänge verwenden muss ist katastrophal und nicht zeitgemäß

Wir sind zum 5. Mal in der H2O Therme gewesen. Es hat unserer Tochter (5Jahre) sehr gut gefallen. Uns ist aber aufgefallen, dass sehr viele Tagesgäste die Therme stürmten, trotz Corona. Weiters ist es nicht sehr sauber, der Beckenrand vom Wellenbecken wurde während der 3 Tage unseres Aufenthaltes leider nicht gereinigt. Und das WC reinigen besteht darin Liste ausfüllen, Türe auf, einmal etwas hinein gespritzt, Deckel zu, fertig? Wird ja eh alle zwei Stunden gemacht. Aber das Personal ist sehr freundlich, vorallem die Kinderbetreuung ist top

Thermenhotel alles OK Jedoch einen Punkt muss erwähnt werden sollte jemand planen in der Therme Mittag zu essen so benötigt dieser sehr viel Zeit um seine gewünschte Bestellung zu bekommen. So wie es aussieht ist die Küche nicht für eine Rushhour ( Mittagszeit ) ausgelegt , Mehr dazu will ich nicht schreiben würde nur negativ ausfallen , Jedenfalls konnte ich mir es nicht verkneifen und sagte etwas zum Küchenpersonal siehe da nun wurde schelmisch gelacht über meine Ansage usw . Das ist ein NOGO. Daher für mich die Küche in der Therme NEGATIV

Habe meinen Thermenaufenthalt auf Expedia gebucht da lt Expedia beim Preis auch zwei Bademäntel dabei sind zum Leihen. als wir eingecheckt haben erfuhren wir das wir die Bademäntel bezahlen müssen was wir auch gemacht haben, finde es nicht OK etwas zu versprechen wenn es nicht den Tatsachen enspricht. wir mussten auch die Ortstaxe in der Therme verrichten und so wurde die Therme teurer.

Mit Kindern ganz wunderbar! Als Paar ohne Kinder gibt es sicher bessere Hotels. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnus stimmt. Das Frühstücksbüffet war toll, Abendessen würd ich als in Ordnung bezeichnen. Es war immer etwas dabei, was gut war, das Flesch zählte eher nicht dazu (jammern allerdings auf hohem Niveau, wie gesagt: es war immer was gutes dabei!). Das eigene Kinderbüffett ist super, da findet jedes heikle Kindemäulchen was zu essen (sogar unsere:-) Die Therme ist super toll für Kinder, auch wenn es echt voll war gibt es immer genug Platz zum Spielen und Toben. Wenn man in der Poolbar etwas konsumieren möchte muss man viiiiiel Geduld mitbringen. Die arme Dame hinter der Bar schuftet wie ein Ackergaul und ist auch echt zackig, allerdings muss sie alleine aufnehmen, zurichten, servieren und kassieren. Dass ihr hier niemand zur Seite gestellt wird ist schon schade. Nur zum abservieren kommt jemand, der aber tatsächlich nur wegräumt, egal wie voll es ist...vielleicht ist das aber auch eine Strategie, weil der Pool sonst eh zu voll wäre :-) Sauna Bereich haben wir nicht besucht. Wir kommen mit Kindern aber auf jeden Fall wieder!

Nettes kindergerechtes Hotel mit bemühtem Personal. Leider muss man für Unterhaltungseinrichtungen wie Autorenncomputer, Billiardtisch, einige Aktivitäten der Kinderbetreuung separat bezahlen. Außerdem wurde einem zwar ein Babyphone zur Verfügung gestellt, aber die Benützung in Rechnung. Meiner Ansicht nach sollte dies als Gast miteinbegriffen sein, da ich auch deshalb dieses Hotel wähle, um mein Kind unterhalten und versorgt zu wissen. Bei einem vollen Hotel kann es auch in der Therme schnell mal eng werden, da sie nicht so groß ist, wie sie auf den Bildern scheint. Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, vorallem die in der Betreuung. Das Buffet war morgens und abends reichlich gedekt. Die Zimmer und auch die Therme wirkte geputzt und gepflegt.

Nehmen Sie lieber ein anderes Hotel

Vorweg ist zu erwähnen, das ich um € 130/Nacht ein Doppelzimmer gebucht habe. Vor Ort teilte man mir mit es wäre ein Doppelzimmer für eine Person es käme eine kleine Aufzahlung hinzu. Eine Summe wurde nicht genannt, es waren dann € 85,--; sohin kostete das DZ € 215/Nacht. Als weiters negativ ist zu bewerten, dass die Zimmer sehr spartanisch eingerichtet sind und es wohl das 1. 4 Stern Hotel ohne Kühlschrank ist. Die Bademäntel kommen in eine Thermenhotel ebenfalls mit € 10/Person dazu. Ferner zu erwähnen und MM. an Gier nicht zu überbieten ist der Saunaeintritt an höre € 2 ab 19h davor € 6,--, könnte man bei € 215/Zimmerpreis die Sauna nicht vielleicht Gratis anbieten, statt sie mit Euro 2 zu fakturieren. Die Saunalandschaft ist aber dennoch lobend zu erwähnen. Die Therme selbst, ist ziemlich überfüllt weil öffentlich und hat keinen getrennten Bereich nur für Hotelgäste. Wlan gibt es sogar Gratis, Parkplatz ist vorhanden, aber überlaufen und damit bei einer Anreise am NM oder Abend weit weg.
