We were put in rooms in a building far from the lobby building and it had no elevator. Our family had to trek across the lots to the building with our kids and our luggage as we had already unloaded. The rooms smelled like wet dog after we took showers. Also, the men’s bathroom nearest the dining area was really dirty. Our kids couldn’t figure out how to use the TV and Wifi didn’t work for us. Breakfast was decent and beds were fine.

Great Breakfast

The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The breakfast included eggs, sausages, biscuits, waffles, cereals, yogurt, coffee, juice, and many other items like fresh fruit. The swimming pool was clean and the hot tub spa as well. The grounds were clean, green, and hanging baskets of flowers everywhere.

It’s what I would expect for a best Western. Inside the hotel room smells really bad. Pillows were very small and uncomfortable. Customer service was good. No issues there.

The toilet paper was more like sand paper, the pillows were half the size of normal pillows, the hot tub was green, there was no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands, there were no full sized towels and only 1 towel in my room
