Great staff!

Although it does look like there are some renovations and upgrades happening, nothing was unsafe or gross, but there was room for more. Without a kitchen, the breakfast options were limited, but I really appreciated the fresh fruit! My apple came in handy later in the morning during my conference :) That said, the staff here is INCREDIBLE. Everyone I encountered was very kind and helpful and personable, which to my mind makes a HUGE difference in choosing where to stay.

Great stay!

Great stay! Only downfall to the trip was the breakfast! Very limited and coffee unavailable. Pretty honestly. Over all room my room was clean, comfortable beds, very nice staff and location was a great central location to the inner harbor.

I checked in at 5:30 PM Wednesday, the valet parking guy will sleep. The check-in counter person was very nice. I went downstairs at 5:45 AM. The front desk person was asleep. I had to call the hotel to ring the phone to wake her up. The coffee was watered down, the hot water had coffee grounds in it.

I stayed here with my family of 4 (including our dog) and we will be back again! When the staff figured out that I was traveling with my infant, they quickly moved us to a bigger room that held us all comfortably during our stay. I appreciated that gesture as this was our first time traveling since having our child. The hotel Is conveniently located in the middle of downtown, close to inner harbor and optimal dining options. I liked how the hotel was pet friendly making it easy when walking, feeding and caring for my dog throughout the hotel.

Enjoyed my stay

Great room Superior bed clean and comfortable,nice television, bathroom was great ..the shower nozzle should be updated for stringer water flow and diversity, The check out time is 12 noon ..not 11 am as stated roo. Service interrupted by saying maids needed to start cleaning but informed manager of Error they will correct . Fantastic place to stay rest and site see.
