The rooms are nice and clean. Despite having posters in the hallway that state any noise or partying will lead to eviction from the hotel, there was a group of girls in our hallway yelling and screaming at 2 AM. They were hanging out until at least 3:00 AM. I tried calling the front desk twice. No one answered. The same group was up at 7:30 AM yelling and hanging out in the hall. When I said something to the front desk staff, they told me I should have called down and notified security. I responded that I tried to call but no one answered. They told me the y would look into it. There was a big group of guys hanging out in front of the hotel the next night at midnight. Smoking, yelling, talking to someone in their car who was playing music loudly. Security was sitting right there. The next day we entered the elevator. There was a guy already in there who seemed jittery. He asked us if we had a cigarette and then asked us for money. We told him no. He glared at us until the elevator stopped and then ran out of the front door. It’s a shame because the facilities are nice for the price. The housekeeping and breakfast staff are excellent. Overall, it didn’t feel safe or like there was anyone in charge.
