We were only here for a short time to get some rest before a 1am flight. The hotel was perfect for this, and only a few minutes from the airport. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the local non-touristy area.

I arrived at the Hotel, for a one night stay before leaving Thailand, with food poison. I had been throwing up non-stop since take off to Bangkok. I checked in with the front desk to see if there was any possible way to get any room available right away as I was so sick. They said no. I would have to wait the 2 hours until exactly 2:00 to check in. I continued to run to the lobby rest room to vomit. They had no water available. Said to drink the tap water? Seriously? So I get food poisoning again? Finally after an hour I begged them to please help me. They finally charged us an additional 1,600 Baht to let us in early. All the Hotel cares about is $$$$!

We got a free upgrade, which was lovely. Only complaint was having to wait around at checkout for them to check the room even though I told them I had a car waiting. They provided me with a buzzer and it took over 10 minutes

We so glad we could find this hotel near DMK. The staff is very friendly and always be happy help us. The breakfast buffet is a highlight with SUSHI, plus their onsite Junichi Japanese resteruant is very good. The room is spacious and clean. One thing need to be improved is that the water in the room is too lesswhich not enough for two persons.

Although close to the airport, it takes a while to get there on taxi. The shuttle only goes from hotel to train station. But aside from that everything else was great.

The breakfast was good, the drain in the shower was not working so the bathroom would flood. The bathroom was not clean upon arrival but they came to clean it right away. Location is not the greatest, need transportation to anything.
