It might be me because I've been in the hotel industry and it's a guest service manager, so my expectation might be a little different than the normal person and I can believe it's more on the language barrier. I believe you can be friendly, but then you can be over friendly And I seen some stuff ask personal information which when I was working for that company I know we couldn't do that made at Timesville unapproachable not everyone some of the people I use the lounge maybe a couple of times because it was overcrowded and it was like a waste of money because I didn't use it because it was too crowded so I left.

The hotel has a great staff. The only complaint I have is that even though I was on the 21st floor, the rooms are not soundproof. You can hear all the activities at the street level. You will hear ambulances, loud music and loud mufflers from tuk tuks and motorcycles. Its hard to sleep until about 1130pm when traffic flow becomes less noticeable.

The Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit is a very well managed 5-star hotel conveniently located close to public transport, malls, restaurants, etc, with easy access to different corners of Bangkok (proximity to the train station was important to me, and incredibly helpful). The room was very nice - good amenities and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and supportive. The restaurants cater good food and drinks, with friendly service; the rooftop bar features an ok ambiance with stunning views. Opportunities to improve are service levels in the restaurant and bar; things took long to the extent that you'reclearly . Else, further investment into gym apparatus would be appreciated. I really enjoyed my stay, thanks!!, and will be back, however, I wouldn't recommend the hotel for families as it sits between two shady neighbourhoods.

We love this hotel! The train is right outside, but you can easily walk to shop or eat. The breakfast buffet is incredible

Rewarding Stay

A nice luxurious 5* hotel. The location is in a suitable place on the famous Sukhomvit road and close to many shops and restaurants. The condition of the rooms is outstanding with nice design of the space containing the bedroom and the bathroom. The service is also great. The only drawback in my opinion is the lobby where the look, size and furniture condition are below average and don’t reflect the level of the hotel.
