One of the best hotels stays we have had in Bangkok. The staff from the time we arrived and entered the hotel with baggage pickup followed by reception were wonderful. The cleaning staff were good. The sky Lounge area and staff were kind and amazingly helpful and ready to serve. The pool was nice and clean. The only thing we did not have a chance to enjoy was the Steam room which was down during our stay :-( We spent most of our time at the hotel enjoying the amenities. There is a large mail (terminal 21) nearby that offers shopping, food and movies. It is definitely my new go to hotel when I have to stay in Bangkok.

The location pretty good the breakfast buffet not great you want a good breakfast go to Tony's resterrauntabout a five minute walk. The room was good clean and comfortable. Small fridge no microwave.
