Found a spider in my room, and they don't seem to thoroughly clean certain areas like the toilet or change the sheets even when asking for cleaning service but the staff is nice and it's super close to public transportation.

About 10 min walk from On Nut BTS station, there’s a Lotus’s across from the BTS which is convenient. Room is large, bathroom is clean, a/c is cold. Nice rooftop area which was mostly unused.

Great place to stay with a mall nearby

The rooms are in good condition, everything works as expected. The front desk staff is very friendly and understanding. The breakfast could’ve been better, but for the price, I shouldn’t complain. It was good and I didn’t get bored. There’s a huge mall, lotus’s, which is a 5m walk. You pretty much get everything there. The only thing I’d nitpick is that the walls or door aren’t fully soundproof, I noticed it sometimes when people walked in the corridor but it never bothered me (and I’m a light sleeper) I spent 4 nights exploring the nightlife and street food in Bangkok and enjoyed staying at this hotel. I’d definitely stay here again.

The room was a great size, on a corner on floor 8. Huge comfortable bed. Breakfast could be improved by covering the fruit from flies & serving yoghurt would be good. Some days there bananas & others not

Ants and worn out room

Ants. Ants continued to crawl around the floor and vanity each day even though they would spray bug killer along the baseboards each room service. First night was the worst with dozens of ants then after spraying a hundred dead ones emerged. The next days there's be several survivors crawling around. Tiny ants. Also one chair leg was broken which I almost fell onto the ground. Hot water heater in shower is difficult to activate, sink faucet loose, and room AC unit was temperamental. One day the elevator didn't work but I don't blame them for that misfortune, the repair guy had it working by same day but my room was 8th floor. Besides those negatives, the room was large, view good, and service staff very nice. WiFi worked and free breakfast, location was good being a 5-10min walk to the BTS. The bed was well made and comfortable.
