Very disappointing!

Hotel had obviously been renovated recently, which means some parts are ok and some are bad. The finish is not good: big gaps in the floor in the bedroom where the new/old didn’t meet properly. Bed very soft, not comfortable. THEY CHARGE 100THB PER NIGHT FOR AN EXTRA PILLOW, which is completely unreasonable. The staff claim this is a mysterious policy but don’t show it written anywhere, so I think it goes straight in their pockets. If you get a room facing the back, you’ll be disturbed all night by the aircon units that shudder and shake and explode, over and over all night long. Not recommended. This place should be a 2 star, nowhere near what is widely accepted as a 4 star hotel. If you’re considering staying here, find one of the local hostages instead, which look cleaner and less hassle than this supposed 4 star hotel is.

Convenient location but very rude staff

Cons: Everything needs to be improved! Staff attitude & general customer service Room Cleaning Facilities need to be improved
When we arrived the front desk staff were rude & dismissive, I tried to check in & they said they were upgrading us which sounded great. But the reality was that they had overbooked & our original room was not available so they tried to palm us off with an older twin room even though we were a couple & booked a double. The room was dirty, with no toiletries & the we could not put the air con unit on as it was extremely loud so we would not be able to sleep. We complained & they said they would move us to a new room the following day. We finally got our original room which was newer & cleaner but there was still mould in the bathroom & they provide a kettle to make tea but no actually tea or coffee. Worst of all is this was meant to be a non smoking hotel but each night our room would fill up with the awful smell of cigarette smoke from the floor above due to the bathroom air duct. When I complained the receptionist could not care less. The location is fairly convenient but the hotel is in desperate need of cleaning & updating. The attitude of the staff was just beyond appalling & would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Great value and wonderful staff

I have stayed at the Heritage for both business and vacation and it's great on both counts in particular the staff are wonderful and so friendly and accommodating. The concierge is excellent and staff are always happy to help. It is not a business hotel but is in a great location next to the sky train.

Big corner room, lovely pool, good location

Pros: Location, corner room, pool
It was a great stay. The hotel is well located, right at BTS Chong Nonsi station, and just a 5-10mn walk to Patpong's night life. I had a great corner room with living room and bedroom area, two balconies, and a spacious and bright bathroom. (Two lightbulbs didn't work in my room, so it was a bit dark at night though.) The rooftop pool is lovely and offers a nice view of the surrounding cityscape, including the impressive Maha Nakhorn, Bangkok's tallest skyscraper. The groundfloor cafe/restaurant is open until 2AM and serves decent food at reasonable prices.

Hôtel très proche de la station de métro

Hôtel idéalement situé proche de Patpong , de la station de métro BTS ChongNonsi, pas très loin de lumpini parc, en trois mots très bon emplacement, petit déjeuner correct mais pas beaucoup de choix, chambre très propres mais à rénover car entre la plomberie et les murs il y a des choses à refaire

slecht info.

hotel zeer smerig met schimmels in de douche ruimte. hotel had een dak zwembad ,helaas niet op tijd klaar met verbouwing, telkens de data re-opening uitgesteld tot ongenoegen van vele gasten, pech dus! kon de balkon niet gebruiken ivm de hitte en blazende airco paal naast de balkon, met enorm harde lawaai...zelfs midden nacht, dus moest de airco maar uitzetten. wifi zeer traag .kamer heeft alleen draailoos wifi, geen aansluiten voor laptop,jammer ! ontbijt was ook niet inbegrepen bij de kamer prijs!

ausgezeichnete Lage

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Skytrain Chong Nonsy Station. Sehr zentral. Im Badezimmer hat es keine Hacken um die Tücher aufzuhängen. Das ist sehr mühsam. Internet funktioniert dafür tip top. Dafür das man nur ca. CHF 40 pro Nacht inkl. Frühstück bezahlt ist es in Ordnung.

Nous avons pris la chambre la moins cher et nous le regrettons,chambre mal nettoyée,bruit de la clim du balcon. Le personnel est sympa sauf si vous arriver 10 min avant la fin du petit déj. SI on devait y retourner nous prendrons une chambre supérieur . Hotel très bien situer.

Das Heritage war mal gut - jetzt ist es die reinste Abzocke dreckige Teppiche, marode Badinstallationen, fades und immer gleiches Frühstück werden nur noch vom dauernd überlasteten WLAN und der Ignoranz des unhöflichen Personals unterboten! Statt sich um die Gäste zu bemühen, wird in diesem Hotel versucht, ahnungslosen Touristen überteuerte Taxi-transfers o.ä. anzudrehen - schlimmer gehts kaum noch! Einzig die Lage konnte das neue Management nicht verschlimmern - die ist nach wie vor super
